Q: How long does shipping take?
Once your figurine is finished and leaves our studio, shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please kindly note that occasionally, international customs inspections may cause slight delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience as it makes its way to you.
Q: My order has already shipped, but I need to update the address. What should I do?
Please contact our support team immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once the package is with the courier, we will do our absolute best to help you solve the issue. If the package hasn't left the facility yet, we can update it right away.
Q: What if my figurine arrives broken or gets lost in transit?
We consider this a nightmare scenario and we have you covered. If your package is lost by the courier or arrives damaged, please send us a photo right away. We will remake your figurine for free as a priority order. Your peace of mind and your pet’s memorial are our top priorities.
