Our online platform allows customers to upload photos of their pets and select various customization options to create a truly one-of-a-kind figurine.
Upload Pet Photos
All you need to do is send some photos that will show your pet's characteristics, whether it's sharp or blurry. Such as ear curls and some spots or pet accessories and so on.
We don't require pets in your photos to be in a particular pose. Our artists will handle these.
If you have a lot of photos to send, you can send them to our email after placing an order.
Design and Modeling
Once the customer uploads their pet photo and selects their customization options, our team of skilled designers will create a model of the pet figurine. They will use the photo provided by the customer to ensure that the figurine accurately captures the pet's unique features and personality.
Hand Made
Once the figurine is complete, our skilled artisans will hand-finish it to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality. They will carefully paint the figurine to accurately capture the pet's fur color and other details, and add any additional finishing touches to bring the figurine to life.
Shipping
The standard turnaround time from placing order to delivery usually takes 30 days, sometimes it can take longer. but this is not a guarantee. We will make every reasonable effort to meet the stated delivery times, but please note that they are not guaranteed.
